Seiki Valve Gate System
Our valve gate system has a ˇ§Toplessˇ¨ design. The valve
pin shuts off directly to the gate in the cavity. There
are two types of systems: a single heater system and a
double system. The single heater system uses the body
heater only to control the temperature. The double
heater system has a body heater and a probe tip heater
to gain a separate control over the temperature around
ˇ§Toplessˇ¨ structure, -- the gate is cut directly into
the cavity in order to the most cooling. With a double
heater system (the probe has separate heaters for a tip
and a body), the tip heater synchronizes the molding
cycle to employ the intermittent heating method. This
system also facilitates the molding of the crystalline

Principle and Features of the Spear System
The resin at the sprue and runner is kept molten to
maintain constant fluidity. Depending on the temperature
of the gate land and a die, a very small amount of the
resin solidifies along with the resin inside of the
cavity. After the molded product is removed, the spear
tip is heated up to instantly melt the solidified resin
at the gate land just before the next injection.
